Phone backlight and display should be powered on when on receipt of call

Description
If (hackable:1 on) my neo is suspended and I receive a call, it wakes up and starts ringing. But the display and backlight are all off. This causes some problems. Now, since the display is off, I don't exactly know where to tap on the screen. If I accidentally tap on the top right side (instead of top left side), the call is disconnected. If I tap somewhere in the middle, the volume gets adjusted. It is difficult to remember the right position and tap the right portion of the screen when nothing is being shown.
So, when the call comes, if display and backlight are lit up, then it will be very useful
